BRIDE Project Farm Walk

A picture speaks a thousand words – and seeing our BRIDE Project measures in a farming environment not only demonstrates the practical side of the measures but emmerses you into what can be achieved on your farm as a whole when biodiversity is improved.  We had a great turnout of over forty people at our recent farm walk where participants were given an update on the project to date and habitat management measures were explained.
•Treelines, •Ponds, •Field Margins, •Multi-species Grassland, •Bird & Bat Boxes, •Rodenticide alternatives were viewed and discussed and questions were answered by the project team. It was extremely encouraging to hear the positive feedback on the day and the days following the walk.
